I recently had a stressful experience when the shocks on my F-350 went out while I was away from home in Orlando, Florida. After being turned away by several places, including a Ford dealership, due to the size of my truck, I was feeling frustrated and worried about how to get it fixed promptly. Thankfully, I stumbled upon Edgewood Service and Tires, and it was a game-changer. From the moment I walked in, Mike Horine and Lovely made me feel reassured and confident that my truck issues would be taken care of. Despite my limited knowledge about automotive repairs, they patiently explained everything and assured me that they could address all of my truck's issues. What truly impressed me was the quick turnaround time. Mike promised to have my truck ready by Monday morning, and he delivered on his word. This was incredibly important for me as I depend on my truck for both work and personal use.

These guys saved my family vacation for me and my kids. We were traveling from out of state to stay at Disney, when my car started smoking badly. I wasn’t sure what to do, so I did some quick searching and review reading, which led me here. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me my hose was leaking. Being a single mother, I was afraid of what I would be told, or sold. Not here though. I thought my engine was dying and was going to be costly. They showed me my bad hose, fixed it, and had me and the kids back on the road in no time. It was a great experience to a bad situation. The waiting room and shop was clean, my kids loved the dogs too, which definitely made the wait seem shorter. They had some real nice classics in the shop too I saw.
